After completing “Defiance has Fallen,” you will be given the quest “Back to Basic.” In this quest, you will be asked to do several objectives.

Collect your Uniform – After speaking with Master Sergeant Gutsy, head to the very first flooring foyer. Grab the “Uniform Disbursement Log” on the desk to discover the location of the Uniform Voucher.
– Make your way to the barracks and discover the “Uniform Voucher” in a container.
